OMA is excited to hold our fourth Heidelberg gathering 18-20 September 2026. The three-days of events will include: a Friday "Welcome Dinner;" an OMA members' meeting on Saturday morning; a traditional Neckar boat ride on Saturday afternoon; a "Time with Old Friends Dinner" on Saturday evening following the boat ride, and a Sunday Grand Finale Champaign Reception and Flammkuchen Brunch at the Heidelberg Castle.
For each event that you plan to attend, please use the QUANTITY boxes to indicate how many will be in your party of attendees. Accurate attendance counts will greatly help the planning.
The $45 Registration Fee (or 45 Euros if paid Friday evening) covers rental costs and miscellaneous expenses. (Note: Your guests are included in that fee; only OMA members need to pay the $45 Registration)
The $50 Neckar boat ride fee (or 50 Euros if paid Friday evening) is per-person for everyone in your party.
On Sunday the Closing Event is at the Heidelberg Castle and starts at 11:30 AM with Champaign Reception followed by a Flammkunhen Brunch.
For the registration fee, restaurants, and boat ride, you can pay cash Euros at the event. However, to simplify logistics, payment with a US dollar credit or debit card during this OMA-website registration process will be extremely helpful.
All other events are self-pay. Please note that the restaurant for Friday's Welcome Dinner accepts only cash Euros for payment and also requires that we provide the menu selections one week before the event. Therefore, you and your guests are being asked to select your menu option(s) as part of registration.
